Our Story

Bonney Films began life in 2006; original a London based production company which specialised in branded video content for the emerging platform of online marketing. In 2010 we moved to Bristol and began focusing on more story based projects with a lean towards documentary as way of communicating through video. We have worked with a broad range of clients such as Al Jazeera, the NHS, The National Lottery, Pru Health, The Natural Environmental Research Council and University College London. We also works in collaboration with a number brand agencies such as Albion, 375 Creative and CCA International to create video content for marketing and advertising campaigns.

We make creative content to suits the needs of our client and broadcasters. We offer a full production service and are usually involved from the start to the finish of the production. We either help the client create their brief or else come in once the brief has been written. Then we begin the creative process (preproduction); working on the initial concept, scriptwriting and production co-ordination. We will then film the content which can take anything from one day to several weeks (production) and then once the footage is complete will work on the picture edit and any motion graphics etc (post production). Finally we help deliver the content the best way to suite the need of the client and the project.

We also create our original content or work with partners to make programming for broadcast and education organisations.
